Apartment Playa de Canutells

The 2 floor apartment has both bedrooms on the ground floor along with the bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 singles. the bathroom has a shower, WC and also comes with towels and a hairdryer for your convenince.

Upstairs, you will find the kitchen with the living/dining room area. These are decorated and furnished to a very high, modern standard with  sofa, 2 comfy chairs, coffee table, dining table and chairs plus a TV with DVD player and English channels. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine and a full set of crockery, cutlery and utensils.

From the lounge/dining area is access to the balcony which offers you the stunning sea views from Es Canutells across the Mediterranean.

Both bedrooms and the living room have split air conditioning/heating so the apartment is fully conditioned to enjoy at any time of the year

We recommend the use of a car to get there as Es Canutells is a very peaceful, quiet area and in the winter there is no public transport service. In the summertime, public transport is scarce.

Es Canutells is a quiet coastal area in the southeast of Menorca. The area has a small beach, called Es Canutells, where you can enjoy the crystal clear waters, ideal for snorkelling. There is a small jetty where you can launch your boat into the sea. In the summer season there is the possibility of practising nautical sports with the company Kayak Canutells, which is based in the same beach area, and where you can rent kayaks and paddle surf, and organise excursions with them. In the same beach area there is the only restaurant in the area, the Es Canutells Restaurant, ideal for lunch or dinner, and a varied menu with fresh fish of the day. The restaurant is open from April to the end of October. In the same urbanisation, and only during the summer season, there is an apartment complex at the entrance, which has a small supermarket.

In Es Canutells you can enjoy nature, as the Camí de Cavalls passes through the area, on its route that connects Calan Porter with Binidalí. Besides, there are several paths to enjoy the landscape and the archaeological heritage of the island, such as the Caparrot de Forma, an ancient archaeological site located just above the cliff. In both low and high season, in the nearby village of San Clemente you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants. They are only 5 minutes away. Without a doubt, it is a very quiet area to enjoy the island, as it is only a few minutes by car from the south of Menorca, such as Calan Porter, Cales Coves, or the picturesque fishing village of Binibeca Vell.
