Upon entering this house, there is an open plan living/dining room area that is beautifully furnished and has a TV with English-language satellite channels, DVD player, high speed broadband Wi-Fi Internet throughout the whole property and air-conditioning. From here there are doors out onto the pool terrace. The open-plan kitchen is also well equipped, with an oven, hob, dishwasher, large American Style fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and crockery, utensils and cutlery.

Of the six bedrooms, three are double rooms and three are twin rooms. The master suite has a unique layout, with a super-king sized bed, a sunken bath, a shower/WC and a fitted double wash basin unit. A second double also has a super-king sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The three twin rooms have two single beds each and they share a family shower room and additional separate WC. All the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning. The last double bedroom is in the adjacent cottage/annexe, that has a super-king sized bed, an additional sofa bed, a shower room, and a kitchenette with a fridge, hob, toaster and a kettle. It also has its own covered terrace with dining table, chairs, sun loungers and swing seat.

The outdoor terrace and garden area is tastefully landscaped to be a lovely place to both sunbathe and swim during the heat of the day but also to sit out and enjoy the warm summer evenings. The 9 x 4,85m swimming pool with roman steps has the option of being heated and has the option for a removable fence to ensure the safety of children. On the terrace there is Indian Ocean rattan lounging furniture, a table and chairs, and a BBQ for dining al fresco. It is an extremely child friendly villa, thanks to the removable fence, but also plenty of baby equipment and a children’s play area on the large lawned area.

Binidali is one of several small but individual, waterside villages along the south eastern corner of Menorca and popular amongst those looking for a more authentic Menorca experience, escaping hotel crowds and preferring the individuality of a villa. There is a beach bar just a few minutes walk away from the villa, and the beautiful sheltered beach can be found just a short walk beyond. Within just a 5 minute drive you can find the small village of Sant Climent which has Shops, Bakeries, Restaurants and Banks etc.

Along the coast road eastwards is a larger sandy beach at Binisafuller (Binisafua). Another five minute drive and you will come to the resort of Binibeca. Along this coastline there are lots of little inlets which just invite a swim in crystal clear turquoise waters. The Capital of Mahon with its bustling Markets, Shops, Bars and Restaurants is only a 15 minute drive away, as is the lively and historic port.
