This beautiful, private villa offers very comfortable accommodation. It is situated on a quiet lane in the small country village of Torret. It is nestled in the heart of the countryside on a large plot providing peace, quiet and tranquility and yet it is walking distance from three excellent restaurants and is within easy reach of bars, restaurants and shops via car.
There is a large gravel driveway providing ample parking for several cars. You will enter the villa in to a hallway from which the large lounge/dining room is accessed to the left, with high beamed ceilings. In the lounge are large comfortable sofas, lounge chairs and coffee table providing plenty of room and seating for 12 people. There is a huge round dining table which can comfortably seat 12.
From the lounge you access a corridor leading to four of the six bedrooms. There are two twin rooms, each with their own en-suite shower room and patio door access to the beautiful garden and pool area. One bedroom with a king-size bed, that has its own shower room again with a patio door to the garden and pool area. The fourth bedroom has a king-size bed, this room has an ensuite bathroom with ¾ bath and shower attachment. All ensuites are large rooms. Every bedroom has air conditioning and wardrobes.
To the right of the entrance hall you will find the huge, farmhouse kitchen. The dove grey kitchen has a large island, thus providing plenty of storage space for all 12 guests. There are two dishwashers, a range cooker with five gas hobs, a double “American style” fridge freezer plus a separate drinks fridge, a microwave, kettle, two toasters and all the utensils and equipment necessary for the family self-catering holiday. There is a wooden dining table in the kitchen which can comfortably seat 12.
Straight ahead from the entrance hall is a small cloakroom with sink and WC, and a utility room with two washing machines and a tumble dryer. There is a door from the utility room that goes outside to a drying area which is located at the rear of the property.
Outside is an annex where you will find two further bedrooms, one is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a bath that has a shower over it, the other is a twin bedroom which has an ensuite shower room. Again both rooms have air conditioning and wardrobes.
Patio doors from the bedrooms lead to a beautiful terrace, which is equipped with chairs and tables for relaxing in a shaded area. From the terrace is a lawned area which then leads to the pool. The pool with Roman steps is 12m x 4m so big enough to swim laps! The pool area has ample room for the sun loungers. By the pool area is a constructed barbecue area with fridge, sink and worktop for food preparation.
Torret is an excellent choice for those visitors who wish to feel like they are in the middle of nowhere and yet have supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and beaches within a very short distance by car.

The hamlet of Torret oozes traditional Menorcan architecture with Bougainvillea draped over the whitewashed houses. Torret boasts a couple of fine restaurants including Pan y Vino and Sa Pedrera d’es Pujol, both with wonderful food and fantastic service.
Less than a kilometre is the nearby village of S’Ullastrar (S’Uestra), where you will find a couple of very good restaurants a traditional Italian and wonderful Menorcan restaurant with a pretty outside dining area, it is also home to the well stocked supermarket Sa Botiga with everything from fresh bread to locally made sausages.
The town of Sant Lluis can be reached within 2 minutes by car where you will find banks, pharmacy, post office, shops, quality restaurants and great local bars plus much more.
The white sand beaches of the south coast, Binibeca, Punta Prima, Binisafúa and Alcaufar are all a 10 minute drive away.
All this makes Torret a relaxing destination whilst still being convenient for all amenities.
