Finca Llucalari Nou

The house, of about 500m2, is built over 2 floors. On entering the house from the ground floor old porch glazed doors, you will find a long hallway with comfy wicker chairs looking over the grounds. This leads to 4 of the bedrooms, 3 of which have 2 single beds in each and another double bed room. All have en-suites. Also on the ground floor, you will find the fully equipped modern kitchen with an added laundry room containing washing machine and tumble dryer. From this room you have access to one of the property´s many outdoor terrace areas. A large lounge area with comfy sofas and TV with DVD player is also situated on this floor, ideal for a chill out of an evening.

On the first floor, up the grand staircase, you will find the other 4 bedrooms. 2 of these bedrooms are doubles and the other 2 have 2 single beds in each. All of these have en-suite bathrooms. one of the double bedrooms has air conditioning, the other 3 all have ceiling fans. A further lounge with comfy sofas, TV and DVD player is also situated on the upper floor.

The outside of the Llucalari Nou estate also adds to the all round ´wow factor´ of this property and is is ideal for relaxing during the day. Its large garden area, around the very large salt water swimming pool is the perfect place to spend your days, be it on one of the many sun loungers by the pool or in one of the hammocks in the gardens. Next to the swimming pool area and large terrace, there is a large BBQ area with covered dining table and wooden benches for 12 people overlooking the vast estate and its beautiful grounds. There is also an annexe building next to this area with a modern WC, shower and changing rooms.

The Finca Llucalari Nou is located in a large private plot, where you will often find Menorcan cows grazing and you are able to reach the Cala de Llucalari Nou from here which connects to Menorca´s famous Cami de Cavalls trail.

Although on the outskirts of Son Bou in the midddle of this beautiful estate, Son Bou itself (a maximum 5 minute drive) has many facilities to offer for the perfect holiday. Water sports – Kayaking, Watersking, banana boat rides, snorkeling, pedalos and a long, sandy beach. Ideal for families with younger children and those just looking for a relaxing holiday. Night life at Son Bou is varied with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels and a ten pin bowling hall and entertainments centre. Alternatively you can venture into nearby Alaior early mornings and evenings to wander through the old towns’ pretty streets or travel to Mahon or Es Castell with their lively harbours and old towns for a wide range of shops, restaurants and nightlife.
