Located in the quiet residential area of San Jaime, overlooking the popular resort of Son Bou. The villa has stunning, uninterrupted views of the stunning Son Bou beach and Mediterranean and is only 10 minutes walk from the famous beach, one of the longest white sandy beaches on the island and 2 minutes drive from all amenities (restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, supermarkets, beach parking)

As you enter the villa on the ground floor, you will find a large double bedroom with sea view and built-in mosquito net window and a bathroom with shower. The sea view living room leads to the kitchen and a covered terrace with a dining area, ideal for enjoying the idyllic charm of the place and the calm. The kitchen is fully equipped with a view of the sea and the swimming pool, and gives access to the dining room. Everything is provided for your comfort (dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine). The lounge offers you relaxing sofas with a TV with full satellite TV. The villa has high-speed Wifi throughout.

On the first floor, there is a three-bedded room with mosquito net, a master suite with private bathroom and shower, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bath and washing machine.
The two double bedrooms have access to a terrace with spectacular panoramic views over the whole sea and the beach of San Bou, the protected wilderness area and in the distance the outline of the coast of Majorca, where you can even watch the sunset.

All rooms are fully equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans and large built-in wardrobes.

The exterior offers a beautiful and large private unoverlooked pool with generous terraces equipped with quality sun loungers, a barbecue area, large outdoor table, not forgetting the beautiful feature of this villa its outdoor bar area offering a breath taking view of the pool and sea, ideal for spending unforgettable summer evenings with family and friends.

For many the lovely pristine beach is the main attraction in Son Bou, the longest on the island, with many bars and restaurants dotted along its length and facilities for hiring sunbeds, parasols, pedalos and canoes. Club San Jaime is also located in the resort, this has extensive facilities including a large swimming pool, waterslides and restaurant. In addition, from June to September, many of the bars and restaurants provide live entertainment and music. There really is something for everyone in this clean and beautifully maintained resort.
