Set in the dramatic Menorcan countryside, the spacious, light and airy accommodation offers 5 bedrooms – two with king-size beds and two with queen size beds and one with 2 single beds, providing standard occupancy for 10 people, and benefit from an 8x4m swimming pool.

The house, of about 300m2, is divided into 2 floors with 4 bedrooms on the top floor and 1 on the ground and is fully air conditioned throughout the property.

The villa is accessed through the entrance door into the smart porch area with seating. This leads gives access to the large and tastefully furnished lounge and separate dining area, with Comfortable sofas, chairs & “smart” TV with IPTV system. There is also high-speed fibre-optic Wifi for use of guests.  The separate dining area has table and chairs for 10.
To the rear of the lounge is the kitchen, equipped with fridge-freezer, gas cooker, electric oven, dishwasher a range of fitted base & wall cupboards, and is fully equipped with all the crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, utensils etc for the family self-catering holiday. There is a separate utility room next to the kitchen with washing machine and sink. From th kitchen is access to the vast out door terrace, ideal for lunch and dinner offering you stunning views of the Menorcan countryside

A wide staircase off of the porch leads upstairs to the upstairs lounge area with sofas and views of the grounds. This then leads to the four grand-sized double bedrooms, all with double built-in wardrobes and decorated in light bright coordinated colour schemes. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have recently renovated fully-tiled shower rooms, each complete with wash basins and WC’s.

The house boasts huge and attractive exterior areas…… ample sun-bathing terraces surround the large swimming pool and immediately overlook open countryside and farmland to the rear, a wonderful vista to wake up to!  The exterior areas also include a constructed BBQ with a covered eating area for 10 people and also a bar up to the BBQ, ideal for a pre-meal cocktail. There is also a useful and charming exterior casita with running water and cooking facilities.

Finca Santa Mónica is located on a detour between the road that connects the village of Es Migjorn and the Santo Tomás housing estate. Your tranquillity is assured.

It is only 2km by car from Es Migjorn, an urban centre where you will find all services such as supermarkets, shops, chemist, bars and restaurants. It is 4km away from Santo Tomás, coastal village where you can enjoy the beach of Santo Tomás, or the virgin beaches of Binigaus or Atalis.

A beautiful country house in a private and quiet location, in a protected valley, with views of the countryside and the sea and spectacular sunsets over Mallorca. Only a few minutes drive from the large sandy beach of Santo Tomas, which has a bar/restaurant. Also on this part of the coast are the unspoilt beaches of Sant Adeodato and Binigaus.

It is an ideal property for those who love relaxation and nature, but are looking for a level of comfort and luxury to enjoy their holidays.

Journey time by car to Mahon and the airport approximately 20 minutes and the same for Cuitadella, Menorca’s imposing former capital, dominating it’s west coast and many natural beaches and coves.

Finca Santa Monica property is located in the south of Menorca, between the village of Es Migjorn and the beach of Santo Tomás.

The pretty village of Es Migjorn Gran is the youngest municipality in Menorca and is a small village with only 1500 inhabitants. Es Migjorn has all the charm of the traditional villages. Strolling through its narrow streets, with all the white façades is a pleasure. Even though it is a small village, you will find all the services, such as two supermarkets, pharmacy, hairdressers, shops, cash dispenser and a wide range of bars, such as the well-known Bar Peri or restaurants with a great reputation such as Es Chic or Ca na Pilar.

Only 4km from the village, we arrive at the urbanisation of Santo Tomás, one of the best known in the south of Menorca. It is a family urbanisation, very quiet, with beautiful beaches such as Santo Tomás itself, or the best known, such as Binigaus and Atalis. Both stand out for being virgin beaches, and for being able to enjoy the sunsets, especially in Binigaus.

The area of Es Migjorn and Santo Tomás is ideal for nature lovers. There are many footpaths in the area, from the excursion that takes us to one of the most famous caves, “La Cova des Coloms”, which runs through the Binigaus ravine, to the Cami de Cavalls, in the section that connects Cala Galdana with Son Bou.

For nature lovers, and for families with children, this is one of the best areas to stay in Menorca.
