One of 4 similar villas, the spacious, light and airy accommodation offers three bedrooms – one with queen-size bed and two bedrooms with two single beds in each, providing standard occupancy for 6 people, and benefit from an 6x4m swimming pool.

The villa is accessed either through the entrance door on the ground floor or from the rear of the villa through double patio doors behind an outside covered dining terrace, which gives access to the large and tastefully furnished lounge and separate dining area, with comfortable sofas, chairs & “smart” TV with IPTV system, providing access to dozens of terrestrial and cable channels including all UK subscription and free-to-air, Movies and sports channels, and a huge “on Demand” library of thousands of films, box-sets, music etc;  there is also high-speed fibre-optic Wifi for use of guests.  The separate dining area has table and chairs for 6.

To the rear of the lounge is the kitchen, equipped with fridge-freezer, gas cooker, electric oven, a range of fitted base & wall cupboards, and is fully equipped with all the crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, utensils etc for the family self-catering holiday.

Stairs to the rear of the lounge lead to the first floor where you will find 2 good-sized bedrooms, all with double built-in wardrobes and decorated in light bright coordinated colour schemes. The 2 bedrooms both have single beds and have large ceiling fans

The 2 bedrooms are served by a shared attractive recently renovated fully-tiled bathroom each complete with wash basin and WC. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom for use during your stay

Stairs from the hallway on the first floor lead up to the stunning master bedroom om the 2nd floor. Here you will find a queen-size bed, fitted wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with bath and shower fitting leading out to your own private terrace which offers you gorgeous views across the bay of Arenal.

Villa Las Marinas boasts spacious and attractive exterior areas…… ample sun-bathing terraces surround the swimming pool, and immediately overlook the stunning Arenal den Castell bay, a wonderful vista to wake up to!  .

The villa is within a couple of minutes stroll from bars, restaurants, supermarket and a pharmacy in one direction, and in the opposite, a similar very short stroll to access to the famous and iconic Cami de Cavalls, the ancient but restored bridle path that encircles virtually all of Menorca’s coastlines and which also passes through Menorca’s huge UNESCO designated Biosphere natural park, and the beautiful beachside village of Es Grau, an unspoilt traditional Menorcan fishing village. This is a walkers, hikers and nature lovers paradise!

Arenal den Castell is an ideal urbanization for your family holidays, belonging to the municipality of Es Mercadal, located in the north of the island of Menorca. The urbanisation of Arenal den Castell has several hotels, flats and detached houses. It is an area with a lot of activity in summer, where you can find all the services you need. It is a very familiar and quiet area.

Arenal den Castell has one of the best beaches in the north of Menorca, a beach with the same name as the area. It is a beach in the shape of a shell with fine sand. The beach has all the services, such as lifeguard and boat rentals, beach umbrellas and sun loungers. It is an ideal area to enjoy with children, as it is a very safe and shallow beach.

Arenal den Castell is one of the best options if you are looking for family accommodation in Menorca.

Arenal en Castell is ideally located, being less than a 5 minute drive to other wonderful beaches such as Na Macaret & Son Saura. 7-8 minutes drive will take you to the beach of Playa de Fornells and its historic and beautiful small town, marina and port, which provides a host of fine dining opportunities, bars, shops selling a wide range of artesian products, and breath taking coastal views and walks (including the huge bay of Fornells). From it’s small town  you can also from here access the Cami de Cavalls –  a must for keen walkers and nature lovers. Menorca’a abundance of south coast beaches such as Binibeca, Punta Prima,  Alcalfar, Cala En Porter etc are around 40 minutes drive .

Journey time by car to Mahon and the airport approximately 30 minutes and the same for Cuitadella, Menorca’s imposing former capital, dominating it’s west coast and many natural beaches and coves.
