This detached three bedroom, two bathroom villa is tucked away from the main road along a long gated driveway. Located in the popular beach resort of Cala en Porter. It is only a very short walk away from all the shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment that the resort provides, as well as its beautiful beach with white sand and pristine water.
The villa is all on one level with no steps, making access easy for everyone. There is a large living/dining room with high ceilings, ensuring that the villa stays cooler during the warmer months. It is tastefully furnished with a large corner sofa, dining table and chairs, TV with IPTV channels, Wi-Fi internet access and air-con.
The large kitchen is off the lounge diner and has everything you need for a self-catering holiday including all the necessary appliances, such as a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine.
All three twin bedrooms are located off the living/dining room. There are two family bathrooms with bath with shower over, sink and wc. One is an en-suite and the other is between the other two twin bedrooms.
Through patio doors off the living room there is a terrace area with outdoor furniture, the large pool (which can be heated for a supplement) and grassed areas for sunbathing. To the side of the house is a brick built barbecue and another area for outside dining.
Pool towels as well as hairdryers are included in the price.

Cala en Porter is set on the cliffs overlooking a stunning bay in a protected nature area offering fabulous views of countryside, white sands and turquoise waters. This is a self-contained resort perfect for those wanting everything nearby. It is also close to Mahon, Es Castell and Alaior if you fancy a change of scenery.
The beach at Cala en Porter is perfect for smaller children due to it’s perfect sands, gently sloping shallows falling into crystal clear turquoise waters. Whilst it is very popular for families the beach is big enough for those who prefer to avoid others and find their ideal spots too!
The beach can be reached on foot via steps, by car with free car parking under shade or you can walk down the beach road. At the beach front there are public toilets and a red cross/lifeguards post. There are also a few beachside Cafe bars and basic restaurants along the beachside promenade incase you don’t fancy walking back up the hill for your lunch.
